Welcome to Pretty by Nature Aesthetics. Please review the following policies carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. A non-refundable deposit may be required for select services or trainings. If applicable, this will be noted at booking. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and contactless payment. No cash is accepted unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service total. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service. Repeated rescheduling or missed appointments may result in restricted booking access.
Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule depending on availability. A fee may still apply. Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.
Consultations & Eligibility A consultation is required for all new clients receiving Fibroblast or Jet Plasma treatments. Certain medical conditions, skin types, or lifestyle factors may impact your eligibility for treatment. We will never perform a service that is not safe or appropriate for your skin. A patch test may be required for Fibroblast on deeper skin tones or for sensitive areas.
Results Disclaimer Results vary depending on the individual. These treatments are not quick fixes. Fibroblast and Jet Plasma are designed for gradual, natural-looking improvements and may require multiple sessions for optimal results. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or for outcomes that differ from client expectations.
Photos & Consent Before and after photos are taken for documentation and quality tracking. With your written consent, photos may be used for marketing purposes. You may decline without affecting your service.
Health & Safety Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin unless otherwise instructed. If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.
Touch-Ups & Follow-Ups Some treatments may include a recommended follow-up period. Timing will vary depending on the treatment and skin response. Follow-ups and maintenance sessions are not included in initial pricing unless stated otherwise.
Training & Education (if applicable) All training deposits are non-refundable but transferable once with 7 days’ notice. Course materials and digital content are for enrolled students only and may not be copied or shared.
By Booking, You Agree To: Arrive on time, follow all pre- and post-care instructions, and communicate openly. Treat your provider with the same professionalism and respect you expect in return. Understand that results take time, and real skin work is a process.
